Position OverviewAs an Entry‑Level Ag Lender you will work closely with experienced lenders and leadership, gaining hands‑on training in evaluating loan applications, understanding financial statements, and helping local businesses and individuals succeed.
Salary Range$50,000–$80,000 (based on education, skills, and relevant experience)

- Learn how to conduct customer conversations to understand financial needs and goals.
- Assist in preparing and analyzing loan requests using industry tools, including Moody’s Analytics.
- Support senior lenders in evaluating creditworthiness, reviewing financial statements and cash flow.
- Help prepare loan presentations and recommendations for internal review.
- Participate in loan committee discussions to build decision‑making skills.
- Maintain relationships with customers and provide ongoing support throughout the loan process.
- Accompany experienced lenders on site visits to learn about collateral evaluation and local industries.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Agriculture, or a related field (recent grads encouraged to apply).
- Agricultural experience considered in lieu of education.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
