Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in Lincoln, MT. This role is in Lincoln - NOT a travel position!

As a recipient of federal funds through the VA and/or Medicare/Medicaid, Interim Health Care is required to comply with federal health care regulations. Although marijuana is legal for recreational use in Montana, it is still federally illegal. Therefore, our 10-panel pre-employment drug screening includes marijuana. - Care for veterans, seniors and those with an illness, injury or chronic disease in their homes
- Provide companionship and develop meaningful relationships with people in your community who are in need of help
- Help with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating and nutritional intake
- Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
- Work with a team of home health nurses and aides to ensure a patient’s care plan is followed
- Observe patient and notify supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Six (6) months of in-home or facility-based caregiving experience
- CPR certification
- Valid Montana driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation
- Compassionate nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
