Greet guests on arrival and help them with their bags when necessary

Provide information about services, entertainment, and other activities at the lodge

Help keep the lobby and other public areas clean and welcoming

Offers assistance to guests and teammates where needed

Acting as Concierge and providing information on facilities, local points of interest and public areas

Skills Qualifications & Experience Guest service or Bell Person experience preferred

Work ethic and commitment to the team and guest is keyYou’ll need a valid US driver’s license

Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly and carry up and down stairs

Be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team

Be committed to Safety First Be organized with a great eye for detail

Be kind to others and always bring your best

Be a good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions

Be helpful and friendly, willing to go the extra mile

TAC Bell Staff:
You’ll need a valid US driver’s license. This is a tipped position.

GPC:
Lead a daily walking tour of the lodge, highlighting the unique history and culture of the lodge and local area.

BJC:
Providing in and out baggage service for tour groups (gratuities calculated per guest)
