The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, one of Montana's AAA Four Diamond resorts, is seeking a Groundsperson to join our Guest Services Team through October. $16 - $18 Hourly DOE.

The Groundsperson is responsible for maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and overall upkeep of outdoor property areas to ensure a safe, welcoming, and visually appealing environment for guests and staff. This position supports daily grounds maintenance operations, seasonal landscaping, and general exterior property care throughout the resort.

• Maintain lawns, gardens, walkways, parking areas, and outdoor guest spaces.
• Perform landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, watering, planting, weed control, and remove trash, debris, snow, and ice as needed.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely.
• Assist with seasonal property maintenance and outdoor projects.
• Monitor grounds for safety hazards and report maintenance concerns.
• Support setup and breakdown of outdoor events and activities when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance and storage areas, always following safety procedures and company standards.
• Work collaboratively with maintenance and management teams.
