Housekeeping Lead, Grouse Mountain Lodge

Join Pursuit as housekeeping staff and help create unforgettable experiences for our guests. You will ensure that rooms and public areas are clean, sanitized, and welcoming.

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, restocking toiletries and towels, and cleaning kitchen spaces (if applicable).
• Clean and sanitize public guest areas such as bathrooms and lobby spaces in hotels, lodges, and cabins.
• Clean, sanitize, and stock common employee living spaces, bathrooms, and recreation areas.
• Stock linen and remove used linens, towels, and trash as needed.
• Work afternoon/evening shifts focused on public guest areas when scheduled.
• Assist with amenity requests from guests.
• Perform a variety of duties as a utility player.
• Work outside, use stairs, and carry or push heavy loads and carts as required.
• Record potential safety and maintenance issues and communicate details to a supervisor.
• Offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed.

• Commitment to work‑ethic and guest service as a lead housekeeper.
• Housekeeping experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to Safety First and high cleaning/sanitizing standards.
• Organized with a strong eye for detail.
