Front Desk Agent, Grouse Mountain Lodge

This is a full‑time, year‑round position beginning July
2026. The starting wage for this role is $17.50 per hour. Staff accommodation is not available; candidates are required to secure their own accommodation.

• Create exceptional first impressions by welcoming guests with a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Check guests in and out efficiently, assign rooms, and manage room availability.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Share information about hotel amenities, local attractions, activities, and services to help guests make the most of their stay.
• Respond to guest questions and requests with professionalism and a solution‑focused approach.
• Support teammates across departments and jump in wherever needed.
• Take on a variety of responsibilities in a dynamic role where no two days are the same.

• Previous front desk, hospitality, or guest service experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong commitment to guest service and teamwork.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
