Housekeeping Attendant

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, one of Montana's AAA Four Diamond resorts, is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to work with our Housekeeping Team $20-$25 hourly DOE. A pristine environment is the backbone of a great guest experience! You will prepare and keep guestquarters tidy and to a standard of upscale hospitality.

A housekeeper is responsible for ensuring rooms and other areas of the hotel are kept clean every day while ensuring housekeepingdepartmental standards are followed. Cleaning includes, but is not limited to, making beds, replacing used towels with new ones, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and ensuring new toiletriesprovided by the hotel are placed at appropriate areas. Consistentlyoffers professional, friendly, and engaging service.

• Performs cleaning duties in allguest areas and back of house.
• Use of Maid Cart when cleaningrooms as well as maintaining inventory of necessary supplies.
• Emptying garbage, removing linensand towel.
• Remaking bed with fresh linens and restocking room with towels, amenities, etc.
• Reports necessary maintenance issues to Front Office so a work order is made.
• Follows departmental policies and procedures.
• Follows all safety and sanitation policies.
• Assist other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.

• Operating Housekeeping equipment such as vacuums, mops, maid cart, etc.
• Ability to lift 30lbs or more on aregular basis.
• Ability and willingness to adhereto all Averill Hospitality policies and ensure departmental personnelcompliance.
• Must maintain a positive influencein the community and positive relations with area vendors.

The Housekeeping Attendant position is expected to normallykeep a 5 day a week schedule, 40 hours per week can be expected, however it canbe more or less depending on the business needs of the hotel. Ability to work weekend, events, and holidays as needed.
