The roles within Script Pro’s Field Operations department involve direct interaction with customers, which provides an unique opportunity to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. These teams are involved with the implementation and maintenance of our customer’s environment and infrastructure. This is a technical and collaborative role with the ability to make an impact on pharmacy systems.
Job Summary: The System Migration Analyst is responsible for providing remote installation and/or configuration support for installations, upgrades, and various other projects for all Script Pro automation and software products deployed to our customer base. As a member of the Field Operations System Implementation (FOSI) team, this individual will collaborate with internal departments and onsite technicians to execute scheduled projects, conduct system testing, and troubleshoot issues.
Success in this position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Reporting Relationship: Supervisor, System Migration
Shift: Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday 6:00 am – 5:00 pm CST. This role is primarily performed remotely, though Kansas City Metro employees may have on-campus requirements according to business need. Generally, all positions may be performed on-campus. Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at Script Pro.
Scope of the Role:
- Follow remote installation/upgrade procedures for scheduled projects
- Communicate and work with onsite Script Pro or Customer Technicians and other internal resources to complete scheduled projects
- Complete and/or assist onsite technicians (Script Pro, Contract, or Customer) with system and component testing for custom and standard functionality prior to project completion
- Assist onsite and/or internal resources with system troubleshooting, if necessary
- Prepare for scheduled projects by reviewing installation/upgrade procedures and project timelines, attending scope meetings, and/or verifying system readiness prior to the project
- Communicate project status, relevant or requested project information, and project completion notification to internal stakeholders
- Maintain knowledge and readiness for upcoming projects, scheduled or unscheduled
- Provide feedback to management regarding necessary procedure updates
- Other assigned tasks or duties, as necessary
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or up to 3 years equivalent work experience in Business or Information Technology
- Experience with deploying OVA files, VMs, and VMware environments
- Computer proficiency in MS Windows Operating Systems
- Experience with LAN2
LAN, modem, EDI, SFTP, SQL and systems security - Analytically minded with superior attention to detail
- Productive, organized, and able to complete work within a scheduled time frame
- Able to complete assigned tasks and problem solve productively and efficiently within a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and/or processes based on business needs
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task various projects in different stages of implementation

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with or knowledge of Script Pro’s Pharmacy, Workflow, and/or Robotics Systems
- Knowledge of Script Pro’s implementation processes
- Working knowledge of business applications, including Siebel, Oracle, Kronos, etc.
- Knowledge/experience with Win Magic Full Disk Encryption Software
- Ability to obtain DoD clearance and CAC account for government project work
