** The Opportunity
** As the
** RN Director of Critical Care**, you are the operational compass for our most fast-paced and critical departments. You will hold direct accountability for the day-to-day success of our
** Emergency Department, Special Care Unit (SCU), and Seasonal Clinics**.You won't just be managing—you will be collaborating with ED Physicians, optimizing our EPIC electronic health records, and championing practice improvement initiatives. This is a role for a strategic thinker who leads with emotional intelligence and thrives on rapid-cycle improvement.

** Oversee the financial health of your departments, including forecasting, budget preparation, and resource allocation to ensure maximum efficiency.

** Champion the continuous improvement and refinement of our EPIC electronic health record system across all your service lines.

** Ensure exceptional, seamless patient care coordination across the ED, SCU, and Seasonal Clinics.

** Identify, develop, and implement action plans for continuous quality and performance improvement using Lean methodologies.

* Required Qualifications:

* Education & Experience:
** Bachelor’s degree paired with at least
** 5 years
** of experience in emergency healthcare management.
* ** Licensure:
** A current, unencumbered Montana RN License.
* *
* Certifications:
** + RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire/transfer. + ALS & PALS within 6 months of hire/transfer.
* ** Technical
Skills:
** Proficiency in project management, Microsoft Office Suite, and electronic health record/clinical documentation systems (EPIC experience is a major plus!).
* ** Mindset:
** Deep understanding of rapid cycle improvement/Lean methodologies, coupled with outstanding critical thinking and organizational skills.
