Logan Health -  - Responsibilities:
Provides basic nursing care to patients under the direction and supervision of assigned leadership and as applicable to assigned area(s);
Delivers and assists in delivery of basic patient care under the guidance and direction of assigned leadership and as applicable to assigned area(s);
Communicates with assigned leadership in an effort to coordinate workloads and patient priorities;
Informs appropriate stakeholders of any abnormal vital signs and/or changes in the patient’s condition, per department protocol and as applicable to assigned area(s);
Maintains patient privacy as defined by Logan Health policies and procedures
