This is a front-row seat to one of the most iconic guest ranch experiences in Montana.

Clydesdale Outpost is seeking exceptional Summer Wranglers & Experience Guides to join our team for the 2026 peak season. Our team is responsible for delivering unforgettable, safe, and meaningful experiences with our Clydesdales—America’s most legendary horses—while upholding the highest standards of animal care, guest experience, and professionalism.

About the Role

As a Wrangler & Experience Guide, you’ll be a key part of our guest-facing experience team. You’ll work hands-on with our Clydesdales while guiding guests through horseback rides, wagon experiences, barn tours, encounters, and special events.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Is confident and experienced around horses

Loves working with people

Thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch hospitality environment

Takes pride in professionalism, safety, and storytelling

Key Responsibilities

Safely handle, groom, tack, and care for Clydesdales and other horses

Lead or assist with horseback rides, wagon rides, encounters, and tours

Serve as a knowledgeable, engaging guide for guests of all ages

Uphold animal welfare, safety protocols, and Outpost standards

Assist with daily barn operations, cleaning, and horse care

Support special events and seasonal programming

Create warm, memorable guest interactions that reflect our brand values

What We’re Looking For

Prior horse experience required (wrangling, trail riding, carriage driving, or similar)

Guest service, tour guiding, or hospitality experience strongly preferred

Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Physically capable of working outdoors in varied weather conditions

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

CPR/First Aid certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)

Schedule & Commitment

Full-time seasonal position

Includes weekends, holidays, and variable hours
