Title: Aerial Adventure Park Attendant
Department: Aerial Park Operations
Status: Full-time or Part-time seasonal
FLSA: Non-Exempt, Hourly

Job Summary:
The Aerial Adventure Park Attendant ensures the safe and efficient operation of the Aerial Adventure Park while fostering positive guest relations with participants. Based in the Zip Line/Aerial Park Operations office/locker room located in the Base Lodge Clinic Building, the Attendant conducts daily operations and maintains safety standards.
Job Relationships:
- Reports to: Aerial Park Supervisor, Zip Line/Aerial Park Operations Manager or Director
- Employees Supervised: None
- Interrelationships: Collaborates with all mountain departments
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and co-workers
- Capable of climbing all courses in the Aerial Park
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn ropes safety procedures
- Comfortable working at heights exceeding 50 feet
- Ability to provide accurate information and maintain a positive attitude
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Conduct general start-up procedures and safety checks
- Perform daily course inspections
- Assist and retrieve guests who encounter difficulties on the course
- Coordinate with Guest and Information Services Department regarding guest numbers
- Maintain trail areas as needed throughout the day
- Inspect and maintain safety equipment on schedule
- Notify supervisor of safety concerns or maintenance needs
- Prepare for and execute emergency procedures as required
- Fit guests with appropriate harnesses and lanyards
- Educate guests on safety procedures
- Inspect and check-in harnesses and lanyards
- Verify registrations and make necessary adjustments
- Adhere to uniform, grooming, and nametag requirements
- Perform duties within the framework of WSI policies and procedures
- Lift up to 20 pounds above the head repetitively
- Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Engage in repetitive body motion during orientation and assisting guests
- Walk/hike on unstable terrain, up, down, and across hills
- Stand for extended periods and engage in physical activity
- Work under varying weather conditions
- May require weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Non-smoking environment
- Stay vigilant for unsafe conditions and behaviors
- Conduct periodic inspections and report issues promptly
