About the Job

Domino's Pizza is seeking customer service representatives to assist customers in store and take orders, both in person and over the phone. The role requires operating kitchen equipment, maintaining supplies, preparing pizzas, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.

• Operate all store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and materials, manage inventory.
• Prepare product and assemble orders.
• Receive and process telephone and in‑person orders.
• Clean equipment and store daily.
• Make and label pizza boxes.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately using calculator.
• Ability to handle monetary transactions and make correct change.
• Proficient typing and use of touch‑screen computers.

Orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.

General duties:

• Stand for most of the shift; occasional walking and short distances.
• Lift and carry items ranging from 3 to 50 pounds, using hand trucks for larger loads.
• Push or pull up to 30 pounds on dollies or trays.
• Climb stairs or ladders for maintenance tasks.
• Stoop, bend and squat routinely to reach, load, and clean.
• Reach above shoulder, down to floor and forward for routine tasks.
• Use hands and fingers continuously; fast, accurate coordination required.

• Exposure to varying indoor temperatures from 36 °F to >90 °F.
• Adverse weather when handling outside trash.
• Fumes from food and exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, and hot surfaces up to 500 °F.
