Remote, but Associate Territory Manager must reside in the Great Falls, Helena, or Butte, Montana areas.
The EOS Associate Territory Manager (ATM) participates in an 18‑month program that provides full‑time sales development experience. Participants will establish contact and coordinate activities with distributors, installation contractors, builders, architects, and specifiers, assist Regional/District Sales Managers and Territory Managers in meeting sales goals, and familiarize the remodeling and new construction community with Certain Teed products and services. The role also requires proactive promotion of Certain Teed products, systems and programs and regular collaboration with sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Hand‑on product installation training and extensive travel throughout the sales region are required for program completion.
- Establish and coordinate relationships with distributors, installation contractors, builders, architects, and specifiers.
- Assist Regional/District Sales Managers and Territory Managers in meeting sales goals.
- Promote Certain Teed products, systems and programs to customers throughout the U.S.
- Collaborate with sales teams to address customer requirements.
- Travel across the sales region and attend distributor and contractor events, trade shows, and training sessions.
After program completion, candidates will work with HR, Sales Training Manager, and Sales Leadership to explore opportunities for a Territory Manager role or other roles within Saint‑Gobain. Successful completion may qualify for a completion bonus if eligibility requirements are met.
Is this job for you?- BA/BS degree.
- 1‑3 years of experience in a sales or consultative selling position.
- Proven planning, organization, and time‑management skills.
- Travel required.
- Relocation may be required for future Territory Manager positions.
