We’re looking for a Business Development Representative with 3–5+ years of experience who is ready to make a visible impact. In this role, you will partner with smart, driven industry professionals and help our clients solve complex challenges in the built environment — all while fueling Axiom’s continued growth. If you enjoy consultative sales, networking with decision-makers, and influencing major project outcomes, this is the place for you.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Research and identify ideal target clients in A/E/C markets
- Build awareness and engage prospects through calls, email, and in-person outreach
- Schedule discovery meetings and support educational presentations
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Qualify leads, manage pipeline activity, and maintain accurate CRM data
- Collaborate closely with Axiom leadership to secure revenue‑generating opportunities
- 3–5+ years of sales or business development experience
- Proven success meeting goals and growing sales
- Experience in construction or A/E/C industry strongly preferred
- Excellent networking and communication skills
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Energy, initiative, and the ability to build strong professional relationships
