The Role
As a Fullstack Engineer, you’ll work alongside other engineers, designers, and product managers to tackle everything from large company initiatives to important bug fixes, from start to finish. You’ll collaborate with your product team on discovery to assess the direction and feasibility of product changes. You’ll contribute to the evolution of our engineering culture and processes, advocating for sound patterns, code organization, and mentorship.

Our engineering team is remote-first, spanning all U.S. time zones. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds. Candidates must reside permanently in the United States. We prioritize meaningful outcomes and continuous discovery habits.

- 3+ years of experience as a professional developer across both backend and frontend.
- Experience with React and/or React Native.
- Experience with Ruby on Rails and Postgre
SQL. - Familiarity with Graph
QL and REST APIs. - Experience working with Redis.
- AWS (S3, EC2, etc.)
- Elasticsearch & Redux
- AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, and ChatGPT
- Security, Observability, and Monitoring tools (Grafana, Datadog)
This is a salaried position. Salary ranges from $126,000 to $141,000 per year, based on experience, and includes meaningful equity and other benefits.
