The CLIU(Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit) offers the Guest Teacher Program, which provides quality substitute teacher training to individuals who have a bachelor's degree with little to no teaching experience.

Participant Receives- High quality substitute teacher training
- Assistance obtaining a PDE Type 06 Emergency Permit
- Serve schools in Carbon & Lehigh counties
