Location: North Whitehall Township
Lehigh Carbon Community College is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide Level 1 and Level 2 assistance to end users across Windows and Mac OS, campus hardware, and classroom technologies. The role reports to the Director of IT Support Services and may include after-hours support.
Responsibilities include handling ticketing, remote support, asset tracking, and collaboration with AV staff to support events and classrooms.
