The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Schnecksville, PA, responsible for leading overall store operations and performance. This role oversees daily activities including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, merchandising, inventory control, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment. The Store Manager leads and develops store associates through scheduling, training, coaching, and performance feedback, while promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
This role ensures excellent customer service, addresses customer inquiries and concerns, and implements company policies, promotions, and operational standards. The Store Manager is also accountable for meeting sales goals, managing expenses, and supporting loss prevention initiatives.
- Store leadership and retail management skills, including team supervision, scheduling, and performance coaching.
- Operational skills in cash handling, inventory management, merchandising, and execution of store standards.
- Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues and foster a positive shopping experience.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and computer skills, including use of point-of-sale systems and standard office software.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to moderate weights as required to perform daily store tasks.
- Experience in retail, grocery, or value-oriented stores is preferred; prior supervisory experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or retail management is beneficial.
