Pay

$25 – $40 per hour or $500 – $1,500 per week. Pay based on speed, quality, and experience.

We are hiring a skilled, reliable handyman to help modernize multiple residential properties. Consistent work available for the right person.

This is for someone who:

Works fast
Knows what they’re doing
Doesn’t need to be supervised

What You’ll Be Doing

Flooring (vinyl plank, laminate, hardwood)
Painting + drywall repair
Bathroom & kitchen upgrades
Trim, molding, finishing work
Light plumbing & electrical
General repairs and property upgrades

Requirements

Must have your own tools
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to work alone and independently
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
Must show up and get the job done

Someone dependable and serious about work
