Process Analyst – Fulfillment Operations

The Process Analyst is a detail oriented, customer focused professional responsible for executing daily Fulfillment Operations activities within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role supports end-to-end card fulfillment processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Review incoming credit and debit card orders via Salesforce and ensure all requests meet operational requirements.
• Generate, maintain, and track reporting throughout the fulfillment lifecycle.
• Retrieve cards from secure safes, manually package them, and accurately update internal systems with all relevant details.
• Monitor and manage cards requiring additional configurations, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed.
• Coordinate card packaging and verification with team members, and submit completed orders to the mailroom for shipment.
• Track outgoing shipments, including Fed Ex deployments, applying knowledge of customs processes where applicable.
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation throughout each step of the fulfillment process.
• Proactively research and resolve open items related to fulfillment.
• Provide timely responses to inquiries regarding fulfillment workflows or specific orders.
• Deliver clear, concise communication to internal partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with consistent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proven critical thinking, problem-solving, and risk-management capabilities.
• Experience or familiarity with credit card regulatory requirements, banking operations, and card network processes is a plus.
