Job Summary
Supporting individuals in recovery with day‑to‑day tasks and collaborating with various departments to promote a supportive and effective recovery environment.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide support, guidance, and monitoring to individuals in Residential treatment.
- Monitor client progress and ensure adherence to program guidelines.
- Complete billing and documentation accurately in a timely manner.
- Participate in community activities that best represent the professional image of Lighthouse.
- Keep well documented notes and communicate daily shift notes with Behavioral Health Technician Lead, clinical, and medical teams as needed.
- Act as a role model, mentor, advocate, and motivator for clients.
- Establish rapport with clients, work with a diverse population, verbally de‑escalate crises, maintain confidentiality of protected and sensitive information, and develop effective working relationships with associates, family members, social service agencies, and other contacts.
- Function with a high degree of problem‑solving skills, prioritize, self‑direct, and organize daily activities according to client needs.
- Coordinate care and communicate effectively and clearly with internal and community treatment teams.
- Assist with facility management including coordinating and serving meals and housekeeping duties.
- Participate in clinical treatment activities and ensure compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR provisions.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum high school diploma / G.E.D.
- Previous experience as a client advocate, PCA, or similar position.
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Records systems.
- Must pass BCI check, all Corporate Compliance checks, and employment drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
- Age 25 years or older.
- CDCA
- Serve Safe Certification
PRN, 1st shift 7:00 am – 7:30 pm
Compensation$17.00 – $24.81 /hr
