Overview
As a Loan Systems Analyst, you will support key loan applications across consumer, mortgage, and commercial lending platforms. You will contribute to projects that directly impact the business and will be encouraged to grow your technical and analytical skills. Success in this role requires curiosity, problem‑solving ability, and comfort working in a dynamic environment.
What You’ll DoEvery day you support and optimize loan application systems by assisting users, troubleshooting issues, and helping ensure system functionality meets business needs. You partner with lending and operational teams to understand processes, gather requirements, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency. You contribute to system enhancements, upgrades, and project initiatives while creating documentation, reports, and training materials that support end users.
Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you help deliver technology solutions that strengthen lending operations and enhance the overall user experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Information Technology Management, or a related field; equivalent work experience considered.
- 1–5 years of experience in loan operations, lending systems, systems analysis, information technology, or a related area.
- Foundational understanding of banking technology, lending systems, electronic signature platforms, automation tools, and API integrations.
- Ability to learn complex business processes and understand regulatory requirements impacting lending operations, including CFPB, TRID, HMDA, and CRA.
- Strong research, problem‑solving, and analytical skills with the ability to organize and synthesize information to support business decisions.
- Experience or aptitude for supporting system enhancements, data mapping, validation, testing, and conversion‑related activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document processes, explain technical concepts, and work effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Ability to collaborate across departments, gather requirements, and contribute to projects in a team‑oriented environment.
- Exposure to or experience with Fiserv banking platforms, nCino, Finastra loan origination systems, or ICE Mortgage Technology applications.
- Bilingual/multilingual.
