The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Donor Communications Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team. The Donor Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and executing compelling, donor-centered communications that advance the organization’s fundraising goals and strengthen its external brand. This role plays a critical part in inspiring philanthropy by translating impact into clear, emotionally resonant stories across multiple channels, including donor appeals, campaigns, digital content, and public-facing communications.

Qualifications
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in English, communications, journalism or related major.
  • You have three years of external communications, fundraising communications, or nonprofit development experience.
  • You are preferably a Certified Fund-Raising Exec (CFRE).
  • You have proven computer skills using Microsoft, Adobe, RENXT, and mass email software.
  • You have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
