Rite Rug has been one of the top, privately owned flooring companies for over 90 years! We are looking for a Full - Stack Developer to join our team!$90,000 to $100,000 a year. Salary based on experience.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-stack Developers with significant skills in Java and Flutter. You will work with our business partners directly build new systems, improve and enhance existing systems and identify new opportunities to apply your knowledge to solve critical problems. You will participate in the strategy and execution of a technical roadmap that will increase the velocity of delivering products and unlock new engineering capabilities.

The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in their domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement user-facing applications in either React with Type Script and/or Flutter with Dart Familiar with Module Federation pattern

Implement and maintain async flows, and resilient UI (loading/error/empty states).Integrate REST and, where applicable, Graph

QL (Apollo) including real-time patterns over Web Socket.

Write and maintain Testing Library tests.

Collaborate on Express-based dev/prod serving, proxies, and security-minded defaults (headers, rate limits) where the codebase applies them.

Partner with Business partners / Lead engineers on and/or develop Spring Boot APIs, Graph

QL schemas, backend as needed.

Utilize programming languages like JavaScript, Type Script, Java, C#, Python, and Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and a variety of Azure tools and services across the software development life cycle (task management, source code, building, deployment, operations, real-time communication) to perform advanced-level Java application design under minimal direction

Requirements:

This is onsite position and no remote work options.

Fluency and specialization with at least two modern languages such as JavaScript, Type Script, JSX, Java, Python or C# including object-oriented design5+ years professional software development, including substantial production React experience.

Strong Type Script (types, generics, narrowing, module patterns).Webpack 5 and modern frontend tooling; experience with micro-frontends or Module Federation (or demonstrable equivalent: multi-app bundling, shared deps, runtime integration).Proven understanding of micro-services architecture and extensible REST APIsKnowledge of security protocols and products:
Understanding of Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, OAuthREST client integration;
Graph

QL client experience preferred if not mandatory for your lane.

Working knowledge of Node.js for build tooling and lightweight servers (Express).Experience shipping through CI/CD (Azure Dev Ops or comparable) and consuming private package registries.

Ability to read and occasionally change Java/Spring Boot services or willingness to ramp quickly with mentorship (BFF is part of the same ecosystem).This position requires permanent, unrestricted work authorization. We do not offer current or future visa sponsorship for this role.
