Cobalt Construction is seeking a skilled Fleet Manager with leadership experience. This role requires a minimum of five years in heavy equipment maintenance and a deep understanding of diagnostic and troubleshooting processes. You will coordinate maintenance schedules and support technicians on complex mechanical issues while ensuring compliance with safety programs and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of mechanics and apprentices

• Oversee repairs, maintenance, and emergency work priorities

Requirements:

• 5+ years in heavy equipment maintenance with supervisory experience
