About the Role

We're hiring an Execution Support Assistant to assist with operations and keep things moving with speed and precision.

Your mission:
Make sure nothing waits.

You’ll handle communication, follow-ups, scheduling, organization, and task flow.

What You'll Own

• Sort inbox and prepare clean replies
• Follow up with vendors and third parties
• Track all open threads and push them until closed
• Schedule, confirm, and prep meetings
• Organize files, receipts, contracts, and documents
• Update tasks and follow-ups in Click Up
• Prepare client communication and internal summaries
• Maintain a daily “Pending Log” of what others owe us
• Light research and signal-only summaries
