Step into a full-time Administrative and Financial Support position with the Government of Yukon in Whitehorse. This role focuses on assisting the Land Development branch's projects and financial management.

In this position under the Community Services department, you will enhance administrative processes and improve project outcomes. Your support will be essential in managing financial tasks and project documentation, contributing directly to land development initiatives. Engage with a variety of software and systems to maintain organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide reception and administrative support to branch staff

• Assist in financial tasks such as payments and reconciling records

• Maintain and improve filing systems across departments

• Draft essential documents as required for projects

• Collaborate with stakeholders in land development efforts

Requirements:

• Completed post-secondary coursework in relevant fields

• Experience in diverse administrative support roles

• Financial administration skills including invoicing

• Knowledge of various computer applications and financial systems

• Familiarity with Yukon Government Procurement Policy preferred
