PurposeThe Sales Manager will lead strategic growth initiatives across the Canadian market, owning national revenue performance and market development. The role will represent Naught One at a senior level across the Miller Knoll enterprise, shaping long-term commercial strategies, and ensuring alignment with global priorities while adapting to regional market dynamics.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring sustainable growth across Canada.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Marketing and Product Development to deliver integrated market activation plans.
- Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with major dealer networks and A&D firms, influencing enterprise-level agreements.
- Provide thought leadership on market trends and competitive positioning to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with Miller Knoll regional sales leaders and teams to drive and deliver growth. Work closely with independent rep groups with Channel Development manager, setting performance standards and ensuring capability development.
- Represent Naught One at high-profile industry events, acting as a senior ambassador for the brand.
- Own forecasting and budgeting for the Canadian territory, ensuring accuracy and accountability for financial performance.
- Collaborate with VP Global Sales to shape long-term commercial strategies in line with Naught One growth plans and company strategic goals.
- At least 10 years of sales experience with proven success in strategic account management and market development within the corporate interiors industry.
- Expert negotiation and influencing skills at senior stakeholder level.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive alignment across multiple business units.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
Reports to VP Global Sales. Accountable for national revenue targets, strategic partnerships and market development initiatives. Requires frequent travel and ability to operate with high autonomy and decision-making authority.

Compensation and BenefitsCompensation range for this role is $94,400.00 - $. Relevant salary considerations include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors. You may also be eligible for geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards, subject to program rules. The company offers a full spectrum of benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, Health Savings Account, Dependent Day Care Savings Account, life insurance, disability and other insurance plans, paid time off (including vacation and parental leave), holidays, 401(k), and short/long-term disability, among others.
