Position: Full-Time Housekeeping Staff Needed
Become a key contributor to a busy rural motel on the Alaska Highway as a full-time housekeeper. You'll manage cleaning responsibilities for various accommodations to ensure guest satisfaction.

We're seeking two full-time housekeeping staff members dedicated to upholding cleanliness across 10 motel rooms, 12 bunkhouse rooms, and other accommodations. Responsibilities include tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting to maintain quality standards. Engage directly with guests to fulfill requests and manage lost and found items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors daily

• Dust furniture and vacuum carpets and rugs

• Make beds, change sheets, and distribute toiletries

• Clean and disinfect kitchens and bathroom fixtures

• Address customer complaints and fulfill extra supply requests

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail in cleaning tasks

• Ability to manage multiple cleaning assignments

• Comfortable with physical demands of housekeeping

• Effective communication skills with guests
