This hands-on position requires strong leadership and operational expertise. As the Field Operations Supervisor, you’ll manage staff, coordinate tours, and uphold safety standards.

Your role supports the entire team in delivering exceptional, immersive experiences across various tours and excursions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and train tour guides and drivers

• Coordinate daily tour logistics and equipment maintenance

• Monitor field activities for safety compliance

• Resolve guest complaints effectively and efficiently

• Maintain the company fleet and operational equipment

Requirements:

• Experience in tourism, hospitality, or field operations

• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills

• Excellent organizational abilities for logistics management

• Valid first aid/CPR certification and class 4 driving license

• Ability to communicate fluently in English;
Spanish or Japanese is a plus
