Drive aquatic science initiatives as a Managing Fisheries Biologist with ERM. This fixed-term position offers the chance to influence environmental strategies and engage in high-level consulting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee fish and habitat assessment field programs
• Manage fisheries offsetting and compensation planning
• Compile and analyze aquatic biology data
• Develop technical documentation for projects
• Guide and mentor junior staff in aquatic studies
Requirements:
•
B.Sc. in Fisheries Biology or similar field
• 4+ years of relevant consulting experience
• Advanced communication and reporting skills
• Familiarity with mining and oil & gas regulations
• Strong commitment to safety and problem-solving
