What You Will Be Doing
Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintenance of heavy-duty trucks
• Respond to maintenance service requests in a timely manner
• Read and interpret diagrams and schematics
• Diagnose and repair after-treatment systems
• Perform welding on aluminum and steel
• General heavy truck diagnostics and repair

What We’re Looking For

• Red Seal Journeyman Certification preferred (not required – experience will be considered)
• CVIP license in Whitehorse is an asset
• Experience with Detroit Diesel and Cummins engines
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract
  • Class 1 or 3 is an asset
• Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems (asset)
• Must have own hand tools (specialty tools provided by shop)
• Follows safe work practices
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varying conditions
