LRS Federal is seeking a qualified
Construction Project Managerto join our team in Whiteriver, AZ. This position will be responsible for leading construction and Design/Build projects from planning through final execution for a federal healthcare system. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in project delivery, schedule management, cost control, and stakeholder coordination on complex facilities, ensuring strict compliance with client expectations and safety standards.

Minimum Education & Experience
- Education / Alternate
Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- OR a minimum of10 yearsof progressively responsible construction project management experience (subject to Government approval) in lieu of a degree.

Experience:
Minimum of7 yearsof verifiable experience managing construction or renovation projects of similar size, scope, and complexity. - Track Record:
Must have successfully served as the primary Project Manager onat least three (3) projects of similar size and complexity. - Specialized
Experience:
Experience with healthcare facilitiesor similarly regulated environments is preferred.

- Certified Healthcare Construction (CHC)
- Professional Engineer (PE)
- Registered Architect (RA)
Candidates must demonstrate deep, verifiable experience in the following core project management disciplines:
- Project Delivery:
Executing projects on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards. - Schedule Management:
Developing, maintaining, and controlling critical path project schedules using standard industry tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). - Cost Control:
Managing project budgets, forecasts, change orders, and financial reporting. - Risk Management:
Identifying, evaluating, and mitigating project risks before they impact cost, schedule, or quality. - Stakeholder Coordination:
Effectively communicating and aligning priorities across client reps, subcontractors, end-users, and governing authorities. - Construction Contract Administration:
Managing daily submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and contract compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for daily field operations, contract administration, and project status updates.
- Oversee subcontractors and field staff to ensure adherence to technical specifications, local codes, and federal or healthcare safety guidelines.
- Lead weekly project progress meetings, risk assessments, and schedule alignment reviews.
- Manage project closeout, including punch lists, commissioning coordination, as-built document submissions, and final inspections.
