Become a Resident Services Coordinator at Baptist Housing’s Evergreen Manor in White Rock, BC. This temporary role focuses on fostering a supportive environment for residents through efficient administrative and recreational services.
As a vital member of the Baptist Housing team, you will manage resident inquiries, assist with onboarding, and help plan recreational programs. Your organizational and interpersonal skills will be key to providing a welcoming atmosphere for seniors. This position entails 4 days of administrative support and 1 day of social activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Model servant leadership in resident interactions
• Provide reception services and answer inquiries
• Facilitate screenings and manage the waitlist
• Support annual rent reviews and manage files
• Communicate maintenance requests and plans
Requirements:
• High School diploma needed
• Prefer minimum 3 years in similar roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment
• Certifications in Emergency First Aid training required
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
