Contribute to meaningful projects as an Operations Coordinator at Monark Group. Oversee program coordination, enhance stakeholder relations, and drive operational efficiency.
As Operations Coordinator, you will tackle a variety of administrative and management duties. The position requires a meticulous approach to organizing tasks and fostering collaboration among diverse teams. Your influence will support both operational excellence and the realization of Monark's community-impacting vision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate planning and execution of programs and activities
• Ensure adherence to company policies and practices
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Organize meetings/events and maintain comprehensive agendas
• Analyze data and prepare reports for management insights
Requirements:
• Experience as a Customer Support Supervisor or similar role
•
Education:
High school degree required;
University degree preferred
• Knowledge of call center systems and operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication, both verbal and written
