Position: Full-Time Client Partner at Fraser Health
Become a Full-Time Client Partner in Human Resources with Fraser Health in Surrey, BC. Enhance HR operations by consulting on performance management, organizational redesign, and employee engagement.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR consultation and support to various departments. You are expected to leverage your expertise in interpreting agreements and addressing labour relations issues while ensuring compliance with current legislation. Your guidance will be vital for managers, employees, and union representatives to maintain constructive relations and effective problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult on HR operational issues with management and clients

• Advise on performance management and discipline matters

• Investigate and resolve labour relations issues

• Promote positive union-management relations

• Identify and develop management education programs

Requirements:

• University Degree in Human Resource Management

• Minimum of five years of HR experience in unionized settings

• Strong knowledge of collective agreements and legislation

• Effective communication skills in sensitive environments

• Valid B.C. Driver's License and personal vehicle use
