As the manager of key property and liability functions, your role will encompass negotiating agreements, handling land transactions, and acting as the point of contact for claims reporting. Your work will directly impact the City's operations, requiring a strong analytical mindset and leadership skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. You will also oversee the City’s insurance requirements and maintain a budget sustaining city needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct property and liability management tasks independently
• Negotiate rental agreements and perform onsite inspections
• Manage purchase and sale of land, including registrations
• Act as contact for incident reports and claims submissions
• Design strategies to mitigate losses in the City
Requirements:
• University degree in Law or Public Administration
• 3-5 years of related management experience
• CRM certification is desirable
• Familiarity with SharePoint essential
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
Utilize your expertise in claims and property management to support the City of White Rock’s growth and integrity.
