We're seeking an experienced Administrator to manage our seniors' rental housing and assisted living communities. This position requires a strong background in leadership within the senior housing sector, along with skills in occupancy management and regulatory compliance. You'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional resident experiences while driving financial administration and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support resident admissions and community engagement initiatives
• Foster positive relationships with residents and their families
• Manage community operations and quality improvement efforts
• Ensure safe, resident-centered service delivery throughout the facilities
• Lead recruitment and performance management for the team
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in leadership roles within seniors housing
• Strong skills in financial management and compliance
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Solid judgment and decision-making skills
