As a valued member of our kitchen team, you will report to the Sous Chef and bring at least three years of progressive cooking experience to the table. You are responsible for daily meal preparation that meets the high standards of our fine dining environment. Your dedication to excellence will enhance the culinary experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute meal preparation based on established menus

• Maintain food quality and presentation consistent with fine dining

• Collaborate effectively with the Sous Chef and kitchen staff

• Ensure cleanliness and order within the kitchen area

• Create an enjoyable dining atmosphere for residents

Requirements:

• Food Handling Certificate is essential

• Minimum three years of diverse culinary experience

• Experience in fine dining hotel settings preferred

• Flexibility in working various shifts required

• Strong focus on service quality and teamwork
