Key Responsibilities:

• Help with the sale and rental of musical equipment

• Determine individual customer needs for tailored recommendations

• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers

• Answer customer inquiries via telephone promptly

• Participate in store merchandising and maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• Must play at least one musical instrument

• Strong communication skills in customer interactions

• Enthusiastic and positive demeanor required

• Capability to carry and lift large items

• Experience in retail or sales is advantageous
