As part of our mentorship program at Craftsman Collision, you’ll benefit from hands-on training as you prepare for your Red Seal certification. The full-time position focuses on essential skills such as dismantling and diagnosing vehicle damage, repairing parts, and maintaining shop equipment. We prioritize teamwork and personal development to help you build a successful career in auto body repair.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review work orders for detailed project understanding
• Dismantle vehicles to identify damage accurately
• Repair and replace damaged vehicle parts
• Reassemble vehicles after repairs are completed
• Maintain shop equipment and ensure a tidy workspace
Requirements:
• First to fourth year of apprenticeship progress
• Strong work ethic and ambition to succeed
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
• Valid class 5 driver's license with clean abstract
• Legal entitlement to work in Canada
