$95,000–$105,000 base salary + discretionary bonus

100% On-site | Monday–Friday | 7:00–4:00 or 8:00–5:00

LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior Accountant for a manufacturing company in Walworth County, WI. This direct hire position offers visibility, variety, and long-term growth supporting two plant locations.

This is a hands‑on accounting role with cross‑functional impact—ideal for someone who wants to move beyond siloed work and into a path toward leadership.

• Oversee full‑cycle month‑end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Perform cost accounting including inventory, variances, and reporting
• Partner with the AP/AR clerk to support daily transactions and issue resolution
• Analyze discrepancies and drive process improvements
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and long‑term financial planning
• Collaborate with leadership and operational teams across two divisions

• 2–5+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Cost accounting experience or interest
• Bachelor’s degree preferred;
  Associate’s accepted with relevant experience
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working onsite in a collaborative team environment
