Generac Power Systems Inc is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer III to lead Lean-based process improvements across the value stream in a manufacturing setting.
You will coach teams in Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, Kanban and PFEP, develop standard processes, and collaborate with the corporate CI team. Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5 years of CI/Lean experience required; strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.
