Quality Engineer

Our client is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead the improvement of their manufacturing processes and ensure the production of high-quality products. This opportunity is ideal for early-career engineers and recent graduates who are passionate about problem-solving and interested in a hands‑on role within a manufacturing environment.

• Utilize statistical tools and quality engineering methods to improve process quality, efficiency, and performance.
• Support the plant’s continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve manufacturing and quality issues.
• Communicate directly with customers and suppliers to resolve quality concerns quickly and effectively.
• Develop and implement inspection methods and procedures for products.
• Spend significant time on the production floor working with team members to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Other engineering degrees will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• 0-3 years of quality engineering or manufacturing experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with problem-solving methodologies and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Any type of VISA sponsorship will not be considered.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
