Situated in the picturesque Bayside suburb of Mordialloc, Whitewater proudly offers the area’s most comprehensive array of senior care services, catering to the diverse needs of older people seeking quality nursing home and aged care options in Mordialloc.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Care Manager
, you will provide exceptional care
, working closely with a high‑performing team to ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents. Your key responsibilities include:
- Delivering comprehensive, person‑centred nursing care
- Developing recommendation plans &
behaviour support strategies - Managing medication administration &
wound care - Driving continuous clinical improvement for excellence in care
- Supporting residents, families, and visitors with professionalism
- Ensuring timely assessments, care plans and reviews
- Leading clinical education &
staff competency training - Fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture
What Matters to Us
We’re looking for a dedicated professional with:
- Minimum two years’ experience in a clinical leadership role
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
- Division 1 Nursing qualifications & AHPRA registration
- Up‑to‑date COVID‑19 & 2025 influenza vaccinations
- NDIS Check (incl. Police Clearance)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
