BMOC Inc. is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician Level II to join our team. This role involves preparing apartments for new residents, performing routine maintenance, and supporting property operations across our managed assets in the Midwest.

• Preparing apartments for occupancy, including patching walls, painting, cleaning, and replacing flooring.
• Managing daily maintenance tasks efficiently, including plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and hardware repairs.
• Participating in seasonal work such as landscaping and snow removal.
• Assisting with preventative maintenance and other duties as assigned.

• HVAC training or EPA certifications preferred.
• Technical knowledge of appliances and building systems is a plus.
• Own hand tools required; property supplies some components.

• Location:
  
  A property in a scenic area.
• Hours:
  
  Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m.
  
  - 5:00 p.m., with additional hours during peak seasons.
