Growing manufacturing organization seeks an experienced maintenance technician to join the team. Salary: $33 - $34 per hour.

This position offers a challenging and rewarding environment where you can collaborate with engineers to implement equipment upgrades, document maintenance activities, train teammates, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and perform preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair industrial equipment and systems, including PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical machinery.
- Implement and follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure safe work practices.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement equipment upgrades and improvements.
- Document all maintenance and repair activities, specifying parts used and time spent.
- Train other team members on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment efficiency and reliability.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in the Industrial Manufacturing industry.
- Experience with PLCs is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Experience working with rubber machinery highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and follow LOTO procedures.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex industrial equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to train others.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a demanding environment.
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field would be an added advantage.
