What you’ll handle

Surface preparation: clean, sand, and mask parts to spec.

Equipment operation: set up and run powder spray guns and curing ovens.

Coating application: mix and apply powders to match required colors and finishes.

Quality checks: verify coverage and finish; tweak parameters when needed.

Workplace standards: keep the area neat and follow safety procedures.

Team results: coordinate with coworkers to meet output and schedule goals.

Upkeep: complete routine maintenance to keep equipment reliable.

What you bring to the booth

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.

Experience in powder coating or similar finishing preferred.

Exceptional attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

Comfort working both independently and with a team under time constraints.

Familiarity with manufacturing safety practices.

Clear communication skills and a constructive attitude.

Curiosity and willingness to learn new methods and technologies.
