Our Mission for This Role Keep assigned molding machines, robots, and assemblies running safely, efficiently, and within specification—every shift.

What You’ll Tackle Run several presses/cells concurrently and respond quickly to changing priorities.

Use calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools to verify product dimensions meet requirements.

Diagnose routine issues and make approved adjustments to stabilize processes.

Capture accurate production counts and quality records with complete documentation.

Follow Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures in all tasks.

Where & When You’ll Work On-site at Whitewater, WI2nd

Shift: 2:55 PM – 11 PM3rd

Shift: 10:55 PM – 7 AM Compensation is competitive and will be discussed during screening and interview.

Full-Time/Hourly (Non-Exempt)
Your Background High School Diploma preferred

About 3+ years of machine operation experience

Comfort reading work instructions and following verbal guidance

Mechanical aptitude, solid basic math, and strong multitasking

Detail-oriented with accurate documentation skills

Physical Realities of the Job Lift and push/pull up to 50 lbs on a recurring basis

Extended standing with frequent bending and stooping

Fine motor skills to handle small components
